Appointment Confirmations
Once your appointment is booked, you will receive three automated reminders via text and/or email. Please note that I do not receive replies to these messages.
First Reminder: Sent immediately after your appointment is scheduled.
Second Reminder: Sent 72 hours before your appointment, asking you to confirm. Please note, you can only confirm through this message—not cancel or reschedule. You can log in to your Vagaro account to manage this if necessary.
Third Reminder: Sent 24 hours before your appointment as a final reminder.
Cancellation Policy

Each appointment is reserved just for you. To respect both your time and mine, I’ve set the following policies to help maintain fairness and availability for all guests.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. This allows me to offer your spot to another guest on my waitlist.
Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service total (or a $25 minimum, whichever is greater).

No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service total and may require prepayment to book future appointments.
Late Arrivals
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled. In this case, the full service fee may still apply.

Services
All services are non-refundable. If the final result was different from the one we agreed upon, I will make one free adjustment within 10 days of your original appointment I am contacted within 3 days of the service.

Personal Belongings
Please keep track of your personal items. The salon is not responsible for lost or damaged belongings. Please insure full draping stays in tact for the duration of your appointment.

Photos & Videos
By booking an appointment, you agree that photos and/or videos taken during your service may be used for advertising and social media purposes.
